Apple is expected to hold a virtual event on Tuesday, March 8, and alongside possible new products like a new iPhone SE and iPad Air models, new iPhone case colors could also be on the menu.

Twitter user "Majin Bu" has shared images of the alleged new MagSafe cases that Apple will release for the iPhone 13. There are four new colors in total, including yellow, orange, light blue, and midnight green. The official names of the cases have not been shared.

Apple often refreshes iPhone case and Apple Watch band colors on a seasonal basis, and the cases are likely to be added to Apple's online store following its spring event. The March 8 event has yet to be officially announced, but Apple is expected to confirm it in the next few days.

These are the worst, cost 60$ for a cheap case that’ll rip apart in 2 months

For others reading it who may not know any different, Apple’s silicone cases are excellent quality.

Having owned one (in a ? of colours) for most iPhone models since iPhone 4, I can attest to this.

Thank god Apple is not holding you at gunpoint to buy them.

I’m just frustrated cause they look great, but always come apart after 2 months. For this price point I’d hope they held better

Regarding them falling to bits after 2 months, I had one on my iPhone 12. It lasted 6 months before it started peeling and I walked in the Apple Store and got a replacement free of charge without any arguments.

The really damn annoying thing is as it was a Capri Blue one it attracted unholy amounts of bees for some reason

This rumor sounds about right.

Typically we see more vibrant springtime colors for cases and Apple Watch bands this time of year. Just another confirmation that this Keynote is imminent.

As to your claim “always come apart after 2 months”:

always”? Thats seems decidedly unusual
• How many are we talking about here?
• How do you use them? For example do you keep them clean, not submerge them in liquid or subject to extreme temperatures? Are you rough or careful with them?
• 2 months is a very short period of time for something sturdy to fall to pieces
• Have you approached Apple about this? I think they’d want to know if one of their products was consistently failing on a quality level
• Where are you buying them from - could they be counterfeit lookalikes?

I don't know what you do to your phone on a daily basis, but I've never had an Apple-made case so much as show any discoloring after two years of use, let alone come apart. Going back to iPhone 4 bumper cases that Apple gave away, they've been the best cases I can find.

We’ll there aren’t any apple stores in my country, their reseller won’t change it for free here

I bought an Apple silicon case for my 12 Pro Max. It’s my first because you’re right, they’re expensive. But rip apart in 2 months?? No offence, but are you letting your dog chew on it or something? I was initially afraid that it wouldn’t hold up well because it feels kind of soft, but I’ve been using it for months and it still looks and feels new.
