Well I still don’t know exactly what the gold XS will look like. Is it bright gold, beige or a sort of blush makeup color? Does it have the exact same dimensions as the X so I can use my old cases for it? Some folks say yes, some case manufacturers have lineups that indicate “no.”
Exactly what markets will be getting the dual sim capable models? Will the XS be left out of dual sim capability altogether?
Can any of these models finally record stereo audio for videos like many high end Android phones have been doing for years? Has the audio improved at all? The quality has appeared to me to be the same for years.
Did Apple do anything to address the issue of the flash being too close to the lens and causing eyes to look strange in flash photography and video?
Precisely what improvements have been made to the camera? Do they have new AI software tricks up their sleeves to rival what we see on the Pixel 2?
Will the new models lay to rest the problems caused for many users by PWM flicker? (I don’t expect the Keynote to address this directly, but Apple may brag on some display tweaks that will indirectly speak to the issue.)
Has Apple decided to go with the same method of darkening the stainless steel band on the phones as they use for their watches? I forget the exact terminology, but whatever they use for the watches makes the dark finish more durable than what we’ve seen on the phones.
How did they achieve the gold color? Will Jony reveal that they mixed genuine Angel halo extract with steel and Revlon Medium Powder Blush to get unique shades of gold only Apple’s meticulous design process can achieve? Inquiring minds want to know.
Incremental upgrades still hold their fair share of fascination for me. I am always hopeful to see old annoyances addressed.
