Leapoard + MBP + AL iMac

    So... if a friend of mine purchases the single user copy of leopard. Is there anything that prevents my "friend" from installing one copy on both a MacBook Pro and iMac running Tiger?

    No, Apple OS' don't have serials/keys needed to install them.

    P.S. It's kind of interesting that this "friend" has both of the computers in your sig ;)

    Haha, based on your OP, I'd say the chances of that happening are about as good as my chances of aceing my Intellectual Property final.

    is it even illegal to use one copy for 2 computers owned by the same person?

    yes...the EULA states 1 computer per license...unless it is a family pack.
