Learning Adobe After Effects

I'm trying to learn how to use After Effects, so does anyone know any websites that have good tutorials for After Effects that are free?

Any help would be appreciated.

But...if you want the best...no doubt:
1- All the Chris Meyers AE Books "Creating Motion Graphics"...etc
2- Total Training AE DVD training
3- Adobe After Effects 7.0 Studio Techniques

If I had to choose one to start?...Total Training. Definitely tackle Studio Techniques last as it's pretty advanced stuff.

Finish all that..and you're an AE stud...

I would start with "creating motion graphics," start from page 1 and do every example and tutorial no matter how simple they may seem. Finish both volumes and you will have ae down. Remember, finish every example and tutorial, finishing them all will really help you commite all the techniques to memory.

Also, check out motionographer.com for inspiration.

Second...as much as I love Chris Meyer's 3 books on AE, the DVD based training by Total Training has very valuable additional information and perspectives on the tools, design, etc, etc. Completing both trainings is extremely worthwhile. Also, being able to SEE someone work, their process, approach, etc...really helped *me*.
