So I recently really wanted to make my own website. I used to make basic ones like 7 years ago but have not made one since. I was wondering if there were any books or websites I could read to relearn how to make them. Any other suggestions? I am a total n00b now. I do have Dreamweaver if that helps at all. Thank you and sorry for the n00b question.

BBack in junior high I took a very basic class on html and after that, just learned everything on my own. Going to sites, seeing things I liked, looking at the code, copying it, suiting it to my own needs. Now I know enough to stay away from that, but yeah, that's how I learned. So even with those books, if you go to sites and see things you like, copy the code and play with it...
