Good day
I got for my self second hand MacBook pro - I think it's late 2006 model . I have 2 questions and I will be happy is someone can help:
1. How can I know which model I have - I searched in the web and I know it's have the ATI X1600 card so I understand it's late 2006
2. What can I learn about my computer from it's serial number ? I went to apple site to enter the serial but it said that the serial is not right or something and I also didn't know which country to enter
Can I know from the serial the country or even what repairs this computer had or something about his apple care

One more thing
Can I know from the serial where this MBP from?
Like if it's from US apple shop or somewhere else in the world?

Just because you have an X1600 doesn't necessarily mean that it's a late 2006 model. Early 2006 models also had X1600's. The notable difference is that the late '06 models had C2D's and early '06 models had just CD's.
