iPad Pro Leather or Silicone Smart Cover for the IPP 12.9?

Comparing the Leather and Silicone Smart Cover for the IPP 12.9, which would you choose? Cost difference is Not an issue. I'm using it with the Apple leather sleeve. I'm not sure that the non-leather sleeve is silicone, but I think the comparison is clear. Thanks.

There's a few threads asking the same question, opinion is mixed, but falls slightly in favour of leather

I've tried both and I went with leather as it just feels more premium

The leather feels much better and is thicker. I thought the silicone kind of had some "stick" when being pulled in and out of the leather sleeve. But the leather one slides smoothly.

When you fold the SC to use as a stand, should the leather or Microfiber side be touching the desk or does it not matter?

I stopped buying the leather stuff from Apple. It's really nice looking stuff, and really good quality, but i got sick of worrying about it getting scratched up. It can really start looking like crap after awhile.
