LED as a flashlight

Is there an app for this yet? I couldn't find one.

I don't have an iPhone 4 yet, but I thought there was a way to just turn on the LED light (for like shooting video). I'm sure you can only do it when you are shooting video though...god forbid Apple give end users any real freedom.
