LED displays in every MBP?

So that's my question, I'm going to buy a new mbp 15' and I wonder if not only the 17' displays are LED backlit.

15" have been LED since June of last year

LED back lit displays are on all the 15" models and the high res 17" model

All are LED except for the standard 17" 1650x1050 screen..

I was very surprised to see that only the reg. res 17 inch remained non-LED... Seems kind of pointless.
