LED Flash for alerts?

Apparently, other then this Fall, anyone have good guesses as to when iOS 5 and the next iPhone will be out?

I doubt the will implement a front facing flash I would prefer a led light near the top of the handset.

Hopefully the iPhone 5 has a flash dedicated solely for alerts though 🙂

here's hoping for the same. Honestly, it makes perfect sense and a good time to incorporate this.
