Left for dead - last stand

Hi all

I am trying to access this new map however it is not showing up under the single player menu.

I have downloaded all the updates for the game - The new menu shows the lighthouse ( which is the only playable level in last stand) but i can't select it anywhere.

Can anyone assist with this?

It's under Survival. If you want to play Survival under other locations you'll have to use the console.
