Okay well I guess a little back story is in order first... I am an iPod collector/repairman (always for personal use) and I occasionally stop by certain Pawn shops and I ask if they have any broken iPods that they are willing to part with or sell very cheap. Well the other day I was actually looking to buy a guitar for my nephew and I out of habit I asked if they had some broken iPods. The man brought out three and told me if I can repair the three he would give me the guitar for free (we were talking about me fixing iPods earlier). All three were easy fixes and he gave me the guitar free and clear! He took down all all my information and asked if they could call me to come in and fix the broken ipods they get, and of course I agreed. Now here is my problem, am I allowed to fix iPods to be resold? I mean do I have to be certified by apple, is there anything wrong with fixing ipods for the pawn shop? Thanks for the information in advance!
