Legit UDID Activation?

I am really anxious to get my hands on iOS 6 and was wondering does anyone know of a legit site where I can pay to have my UDID added? Willing to pay $5-$10.
 
There is no discussion regarding UDID activation here at MR.

Pay the 99 dollars to become an apple developer.
