Well, my 2016 MBP's battery is flaming out prematurely and luckily I have AppleCare. It's at about 75% capacity after less than 2 years and after about 275 cycles. That's way under the 1000 cycle and 80% benchmark.

I'm going to plan to take it in at some point and ask for a battery replacement while I still have AppleCare. They're going to have to do a whole topcase replacement and I'll end up with a new keyboard as well, right?

Anyone know roughly how long I should expect to be without my laptop?

What verision of the keyboard I should expect to be getting and does that 4 year coverage on 2016 keyboards continue to apply even after I get a new top case?
