The only Lenovo series which are worth buying are Thinkpad T/W/X. Any Ideapad is a P.O.S. (same for Thinkapad edge), not worth wasting money on. Poor build quality, cheapo materials and next to none customer service.

But if you can't afford anything better, go ahead. But you'll have to care about it a lot, because these things aren't very durable.

Lenovo is awful

They released the Ideapad u310 and u410s this summer I think and LOADS of people have had wifi issues and Lenovo refuses to own up to it. The build materials are also cheap and the laptop has a very flimsy feel to it.

Basically what they tried to do was rip off the MBP's design and entice people with that, but once you get past the exterior you see that it's such a piece of junk
