I also asked this question some time ago, before the Studio Display was on the market. It seems is not for sale in US, nobody knows about it.
At least from specs it looks far above the Studio Display.
I was very tempted to order one, but the cheapest I could find during some promotions was 2400 Euros in Europe, which is double the price you mentioned.

If you decide for please post some review

I ordered it, then cancelled my order, there is only one review(in Chinese) mentioned that the screen uses PWM and it’s only 240hz refresh, while I dont understand what that means, people say it hurts one’s eye and gives tiredness and headaches.

But other than that, the reviewer said it’s a decent screen with highest amount of mini led zones and etc, it’s perfect for photo and image editing (though if it gives you headaches it’s a health hazard)

So anyone thinks that Apple can price a 27” inch 4K mini-LED monitor at USD2000-2500 is simply dreaming.
