Leo Laporte Voices His Opinion on the iPhone

One of my friends got an interview with Leo. About halfway during the interview (timecode: 24:00-24:38), Leo voiced his opinion on the iPhone and it's lack of third party apps.

"I wish Steve hadn't said, 'Third party apps would ruin the iPhone because ... they would crash.' I wish he hadn't said that. That's really arrogant. I wish he'd said what I think is close to the truth, which is 'Well, we plan to allow third party apps but we've gotta get a really good stable software toolkit developed and we don't have it yet.' ... If he really is that arrogant,... screw him."
