Leopard and iPhone...

I am now living in the Middle East and soon will consider hacking my iPhone to work with Vodafone or MobiNil.

Does anyone know how Leopard will affect hacking on the iPhone?

Should I hold off on the OS upgrade before hacking? Or vise versa?

I have NOT upgraded to Leopard yet, but I know someone who has, and has a hacked (jailbroken, Unlocked) phone, and he tells me no problems. iTunes is at the same revision number, he said.

However, I will wait another day or two before I make the jump.
