I know this is a stupid question. I jut wanted a simple, direct response. I called applestore and couldn't get it from them.

I have both ppc and intel in the house. Will leopard ship as a universal binary? I simply want to know if the same disc is good for both platforms?

    thanks.

Provided it's a retail disk and not one that shipped with a computer, the answer is YES! =]

Yep, the whole OS is a Universal Binary.

One disc, one side for both PPC and Intel.

Tersono: It doesn't matter if it is one that came with the computer or not as the OS as a WHOLE is Universal Binary.
