No. Buy ADC select or ADC premier and you can download seeds however.

Prices are $500 for cheapest and $3,500 for the most expensive one at the U.S. store.

I'd just wait for it to be released unless you are a developer.

Same time as in the US...apple said spring '07...that means before mid-June

No, they'll send you a copy of the final version I believe. That said, unless you're really a developer, paying $500 to join ADC just so you can get a beta version of Leopard is a waste of money. Just wait 3 or 4 months and it'll be out to the public, and it won't be anywhere close to $500.
