I don't know if it's because I may have deleted a file when I was replacing my dock in Leopard (however, now I use PimpMyDock) but every now and then (mainly after a few hours) my dock will get pixelated. Mainly the edges become rough and ugly and the dock even sometimes goes invisible. I reset my dock using PimpMyDock, still looks the same. I restart my Mac and it works fine. Why is this happening?

And does anyone have a backup of the whole dock folder?

I get what your saying and the trouble could be PimpMyDock, however, not to hijack your thread or anything but do you ever get anything like this with your folders/stacks?
