Does anyone know where I can find a Mac OS Leopard for Intel ISO that's less than 4.7GB, or something that can work for me to download it in some way? Thanks.

I doubt there would be any discs under 4.7GB, as Leopard required a DVD (or it might of been a Dual Layer) from the start. Maybe there is a slimmed down version on the internet somewhere.

If you are trying to get it onto a DVD, you should know that every Intel-based Mac can boot and install Mac OS X from a properly created USB stick.

This might not work, but it is designed to install on Intel systems and is within the scope of single-layer DVD-Rs. Unfortunately, it appears most of the Intel-only, single-layer builds to have emerged from the community were geared principally for Hackintosh settings.

Also, this might still have a chance of working.

It may have a small chance of working, but from my knowledge of early Hackintosh-ing, the OS builds had a decent handful of modifications done to them, enough to possibly not make it boot on a real Mac.

In this case, I think the best way to go would be to make a USB installer instead. Then you don't have the hassle of trying to find a slimmed down disc image (if you have a 8GB+ USB drive).
