Leopard locking MacBook: screensaver issue ?

Hi,

Twice now I've left my MacBook running overnight, the screensaver kicks in after 3 mins and then the screen switches off after about 10-20 mins. When I return in the morning, I can hear the fans still working (the MB isn't asleep) but I can't get into it. Keyboard, trackpad etc are all locked.

Anyone else had this problem ?
