Over on MacThemes, I found Rion's KISSme theme, which I installed, but wasn't really a fan of. So I deleted the SArtFile and Extras files and put the defaults back. However, the titlebar has just done dim and semi-transparent.
Why?
I'm using Leopard 10.5.6 and iBook G4 1.33GHz.

Um, Leopard's default menu bar IS dim and transparent. Did you remember to un-check "Transparent Menu Bar" in System Preferences?

It never was before hand, it was grey, not like dull. And I can't find the check box for the translucent bar, screenshot please?

Yes, your menu bar is currently transparent, and your dark background is making it look dim. The check box is in System Prefs -> Desktop & Screen Saver -> Desktop Tab - Then uncheck the "Translucent menu bar" box.
