Software update. Point releases are always free.

Soon (likely within the next week or six...). Software Update under the Apple Menu (free).

All "minor version" updates are free of charge and available through software update and from Apple.com. For example, 10.4.11, 10.5.1, are both free. The only time you pay for an update to Mac OS X is going from "major versions" like 10.3 to 10.4.

An iTunes bug would be fixed in a new release of iTunes, not OS X.

I have connections with people close to Apple, and from what I've heard, they are planning on charging $20 for the update. Most likely you will have to create an iTunes Store account and purchase it there. It's a very good ploy to get more people to sign up for iTunes store, and buy the new movie rentals service as well as songs and shows.

lol, ya that would totally suck, if i paid for leopard and they are going to charge me again, that would be ridiculous. I dont see that happening, anyways, what are the news updates going to be?
