Giuly macrumors 68040 Aug 16, 2010 #5 Which Mac are we talking about? PowerMac G4? iMac G4? eMac G4? I place one buck on iMac and eMac each. - They most probably installed a used logic board, which is password protected. Call the shop to get the password, or let them re-replace the logic board.
