Leopard Showing blinking system folder

Hi Guys,

I installed Leopard Server via an external usb harddrive which worked all fine. I wanted then to install this hardrive inside my older G4 Mac Quicksilver 800Mhz which I know is not supported but read many guys where able to install it nicely.

When I selected Stsyem/Startupdisk it detected leopard as a OS but when I rebooted i get a blinking system folder. Any one has any idea what its is not working
