Is this disc the same as retail?

Will I be able to do a fresh install with the UTD disc?

    Thanks!

As far as anyone knows (based on past experience) there is only one copy of Leopard, the RetailUpgradeHomeOfficeSuperBonusUltimate Edition that can do anything you want it to, including a full install.

yes, you can do a fresh install from an up-to-date disk. it should be mentioned, though, that copies of leopard won't include ilife. that you should get from your system disks or ilife disk (if you have one).

    Ya I expected that.

A little inconvenient, but no biggie.
