    Hi,

Im about to buy a leopard disc off ebay and it seems some people are advertising them as upgrade discs and some arent. Is there a difference?

If i buy an "upgrade" disc can i still do a fresh install?

You can still do a fresh install, but the upgrade disk is legally only meant to be bought from Apple for a low price by those who got their Macs after October 1st.

Upgrade disks require an ongoing Tiger installation to install over.
