Hi,

Just did it by mistake.:( Now the Mac can not show up the log in screen anymore. How can I recover from it.

That's why bootable back ups are good to have, once you get your system up and running look at carbon copy cloner or super duper.

I believe you'll have to do a reinstall using the disks you got with the computer, hopefully you've got some kind of back up using time machine or something otherwise AFAIK you just lost everything.

Even Reinstall, How can I get data out? just as a nonbootable hard drive.
Thanks, I am really new to MAC.
