Leopard will not be announced, and the only preview you might see would be a preview of Final Cut features that specifically require Leopard.

...NAB just wouldn't make sense, and there just isn't any other feasible time unless Apple holds a special event (unlikely).
WWDC receives all of the hype and publicity. It makes the most sense.
That "special event" is being held at NAB, correct? I just don't see Apple sharing Leopard's spotlight with the Final Cut (especially not within a 1.5 hour timeframe). Plus, Apple would be releasing their biggest product for the year along with hundreds of other products from different companies, who would undoubtedly steal some of Apple's publicity.Apple IS holding a "special event" at the Venetian ( which is 80,000 sq.ft. ) April 15th from 11AM-12:30PM..Apple isn't going to spend more than likely 2 hours showing off Final Cut and a new MBP..They have other stuff up their sleeve.
