Technically, in a public school you probably couldn't sue and win based on violation of religion. Catholic school, probably. This is a public school, with more religions than one. Every sex ed class I was ever in, you had the chance to opt out by getting your parents to sign a form. If you don't opt out, its your fault, and therefore the school is not liable for any religious damage to you. Sex education in schools sucks, and if there were more classes, this **** might not happen as much.
