The past week or so I've been feeling horrendously tired. Just watched Dead Ringers and ended up nodding off through it! Usually love that show... Still though, it's getting a pain now. It just feels like my head is always ready for a nap. I gave in and took a nap yesterday but it didn't help at all, went to bed at the normal time too.

Could it be my diet? I always skip breakfast, usually have a little back butty for dinner and a fairly large meal for tea. No supper.

I thought a little exercise would help so I went on a hike over the moors. Normally that tires me out for the rest of the day but really gets my energy going up to days later. But it did nothing! Just gave me a sore leg!

Maybe it's time to start drinking tea or coffee? Would that help?

I went through that a couple of weeks ago and it lasted a week or two but I'm over it. You may have a virus or something. Rest up and just take it easy. Forgot to add. EAT BREAKFAST

Coffee is the center of all existence.

But ... maybe a doctor? Can only speak as the veterinarians do, but they always call the healthy animals "bright, alert and responsive" and the unhealthy animals "lethargic."

Not to call you an unhealthy animal. But, to say -- lethargic? Worth considering that there might be something more going on.

Yea I think lethargic is pushing it. It's mostly in my arms and head. I feel alert, but too tired to do anything about it!

Might be that I'm working very heavily on my final university project at the moment. I'm infont of my computer for way too long, thinking way too much (it's a kind of video game that centres around story telling, so I've got to... make the game, write a very expansive story, full soundtrack, all the artwork  ).

I find it somehow disturbing that I see so many threads and posts from mainly American people that talk about their depressions or other illnesses and what medicine they take. I get the impression that half of the American people or at least half of the American MR users are drug users. It's beyond me why you are so quick in telling someone what pills he/she needs to use, I'm just not used to this much drug using. In my experience, it’s not necessary to use all kinds of pills in most cases.

Over here we have pharmaceutical TV commercials on every five minutes, city buses with banner sized drug advertisements across the entire bus, and race cars with Viagra decals on them. What would you expect?

More than half - it is extremely unusual to meet a client who is not on prescription drugs. Almost everyone is on multiple drugs for high cholesterol, depression, anxiety, diabetes, etc., even the kids. And I see mainly "healthy" people.

It's not just MR, every online forum is filled with people describing their personal or pet's symptoms and begging for a free diagnosis and then how to get cheap drugs from Mexico. I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the culture that produces drug-addicted people who would rather take total strangers' medical advice than see a professional.

Personally, I try to cure all my ills by bathing nude in a barrell of eels at the full moon every month.

^I don't know many people around here on medication, barring arthritis and glaucoma. Mus be th'ills.

Well I had breakfast today, plenty of pure orange juice, even woke up an hour early to kick start it all! And yea I feel a million times better. back to full speed now!

Really was down to my diet  breakfast is a bit important after all!
