The past week or so I've been feeling horrendously tired. Just watched Dead Ringers and ended up nodding off through it! Usually love that show... Still though, it's getting a pain now. It just feels like my head is always ready for a nap. I gave in and took a nap yesterday but it didn't help at all, went to bed at the normal time too. Could it be my diet? I always skip breakfast, usually have a little back butty for dinner and a fairly large meal for tea. No supper. I thought a little exercise would help so I went on a hike over the moors. Normally that tires me out for the rest of the day but really gets my energy going up to days later. But it did nothing! Just gave me a sore leg! Maybe it's time to start drinking tea or coffee? Would that help?
