Lets discuss aftermarket RAM (again)

So iv done some research on sites and narrowed down to 2 products ,one from G Skill and one form Crucial to being the best Ram for the new 2011 iMac(Other than OWC but thats too expensive)

G skill : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...rue&Keywords=(keywords)&Page=1#scrollFullInfo

Crucial: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...m_re=8gb_ddr3_1333_204-_-20-148-345-_-Product

Now, between the 2, which one should i get? they both have a couple of bad reviews but mostly are positive, kingston has too many bad reviews and so did corsair so these are crossed out in my book.

I want the absolute best performance, im leaning towards the Crucial, what do u guys think?

The specs are equal so go with G.Skill. Performance will be exactly the same

Any knowledge / experience on Kingstons HyperX Series, though?
I saw some nice ratings for them, too. Since they are priced allmost the same as the Value Series... I thought my AfterEffects performance stands on Ram>Cpu>Gpu. So the slightest increase of Ram performance might still do a little something for me. But i'm lacking the experience to make a decision myself.

Any words of wisdom?

PS: I just read an interesting thread on weird iMac behavior on custom Ram installation. Everything seems to work fine in the end.

Hellhammer: What did you end up going with?

I'm currently debating the following options. I've always trusted and liked Crucial, but I might as well save $5 if it truly doesn't matter. What would you folks pick from these three options (or others)?
I plan on going with G.SKILL unless someone objects.

I haven't bought anything and most likely won't. Corsair seems to be the cheapest RAM we got in here. Seriously, it doesn't matter which you pick. All three are reliable brands so go with the G.Skill for instance.

Makes no difference, it's all the same. Personally I have the corsair but only because it was on sale.
