I have been a member for a quite some time now. To be honest many things have changed in this site and other things Apple-related; but, that's not the reason for this thread. For years now, we have all used the iPhone, which up to now has been the target of lawsuits, praises, critiques (both good & bad), shortages, price gouging, jailbreaks, and photocopying.

However, not many here remember the original one nor what it felt like to be sitting here on these forums and watching the live updates and checking other sites at the same time back in 2007. Things that were presented were advanced for the time, a huge leap forward and no one was even disappointed (except for those die-hard plastic keyboard lovers). It didn't have the latest 3G connection, nor did it do Enterprise well, but it appealed to anyone who had been familiar with the dread of a "smartphone". Best of all, it worked, like magic...

Enjoy... I know a few of us did back in those days.

If you compare and contrast the iPhone models over the years, it's fascinating to see how Much Apple has expanded with changes.
