Yeah I was thinking about that. I figured that they might emphasize it with a few of the design-dependent features such a the display, wireless charging, etc.

I disagree here. It was reported by Apple an additional two hours of battery life on both iPhone 7 models, which was partially due to the removal of the 3.5 mm Jack. I personally feel that I could see the battery improvement on my 7+ And my iPhone 6s Plus.

I did not see a difference between my 6 and 7. They both lasted the same amount.
