..send your iPad back in store because your camera has problems and this is in december too. We got the iPad mini and the revised 3rd gen iPad in November too. What would happen if they replaced my iPads inner parts and gave me a refurbished? Would I been getting whatever the new things the 3rd gen got?

Apple have stock of ALL AC covered products. EG: I have one of the last 17" MBP's...should it require replacement, that's what I'd get. A refurbished 17" The same thing applies to IOS devices that remain covered too.
