Its called SM Pro. I've had it for years so assume its still in the App Store. 🙂

I myself am CDO. That’s the same thing as OCD but the letters are in the correct alphabetical order.

I have my home page empty so I can see my wallpaper, the second page has a lot of my common apps plus important apps in the folders at the bottom. The third page is for the remaining folders. My bottom icons are my most used apps.
