iPhone 11 Pro Letter for iPhone upgrade?

So I just did the iPhone upgrade program for the 11 Pro max. Do I get a letter in the mail with my account details? Or is everything just done online and such? Thanks

Well I never got any letter in regards to being enrolled in the iUP. You just get an e-mail of the loan being approved and a link to citizen one loans website and create your account.

Ahh gotcha, Yea I just got the letter from apple letting me know the order has been placed but nothing from Citizen One yet so I didnt know if I had to create an account or what. Thanks!

You will get an email from Citizens One.
