LG 4K ultrafine replacement power cable?

Hi,
I’ve got the latest 24” 4K ultrafine, and it works great- however I could do with the power cable being a tiny bit longer.

Does anyone know if it’s possible/ok to switch it out? And if there’s any specific type I should look for?

It’s already connected to an extension cable, so adding another into the mix isn’t going to work.

Why can't you connect an extension cable to the extension cable or get a longer extension cable?

Why can't you connect an extension cable to the extension cable or get a longer extension cable?

I had considered, but it’s ending at a location that’s great for other things plugged into it.
As to multi extension cables, Googling daisy chained extension cables makes me think that’s just a bad idea from a safety POV. My electrical skills aren’t great, so I’m erring on the cautious side.
