    Hi

Just wondering if anyone has wall mounted their 27" LG 5K monitor? if so do you have any photos.

I am thinking about getting one and my perfect set up would be to have the monitor wall mounted at a height that allows you to comfortably use the MacBook Pro TB 13" directly in front of it so monitor just hovering above the MacBook Pro screen (like pics attached)

Anyone have this and does the monitor stick very far off the wall (my desk isn't the deepest so the closer to the wall the monitor is the better.

I realise it's not the same as wall mounting but the LG 5K display stand can extend high enough to arrange it like this. One of the advantages of not wall mounting is the fact you can use a sit/stand desk which is the only reason I've decided not to wall mount myself. I'm just trying to decide which sit/stand desk to buy.

When arranged like this is it comfortable to use? Not too high?

My setup is like the twin display setup in your original post and I find it very comfortable and productive. I just use the MacBook keyboard and trackpad (and TouchBar)
I'm a web developer so I tend to have reference material and IM client on the LH display, web dev tools on the laptop screen and the output on the RH display. That works well for me.
