Is anyone else getting this in Mavericks? It's new for me in Mavericks, and it's making my MacBook's fan run all of the time. I wondered if anybody had debugged it.

From what I've read, it's related to iCloud. Have you tried disabling/reenabling iCloud via System Prefs? (uncheck/recheck)
It may be a sync issue.
