~/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/HAL folder missing

Hey everyone,
I just downloaded an audio plug-in and it said that i need to drag it into ~/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/HAL to install it, but there isn't a HAL folder there.

How do i make it appear??

You probably have to make the HAL folder yourself.

Try rebooting, if the plug-in still won't work it might be a hidden folder, but TBH I don't think it would be if they told you to drag the file there.
