Lie to me

Color me very surprised. Is that option checked in PS' Get Info window? Or maybe you use plugins that require Rosetta?
Truth be told, I haven't checked. It's the Mac Pro 4,1 at work that was before my time. I try not to use it as much as I can since it's so slow anymore.

It could also be that a Universal App has stripped out the Intel code to be installed on G4-G5 and then copied to an Intel machine.

Keeping G4-5 only app them in that way you can use PowerPC plugs on Intel?

Now get interesting to have 2 sets of apps on Intel to enjoy PowerPC plugs.

You all are talking about Ps plugs but in my mind is also AU, RTAS and VST in Logic and Protools

I have installed CS4 on my G5

With the terminal you can find out that the program is.

Type: file (then drop the file under Package/MacOS into Terminal) then return.

Then you get ppc and 386 compiled for PS4.
