Lifeproof fre case

Recently brought the lifeproof fre case and tore off the sticker on the front cover which covered the speaker at the top of the phone
I have contacted lifeproof but haven't heard back
Can someone please tell me what to do
 
Call them, you'll be on hold a long time but it will be a lot faster than waiting for an email reply.
