Lifeproof FRE for iPhone X: Unboxing & Review

I had mine since December. I bought my girlfriend the light blue one and the black one for me. I returned mind cause I didn’t like how wide it was. But yea we had them like a week before Christmas. I bought them from AT&T.

Not a Bad case , just picked it up from bestbuy. Had the apple Leather but for a 1k phone a little more protection of the lifeproof is worth it .

I actually went from the lifeproof to the Apple leather case. I didn’t like how wide the lifeproof was.

All Apple phone cases will not protect the phone from water, dust and snow so width reason is not a good excuse for not choosing the Lifeproof case. All Apple phone cases are more for fashion oriented customers, not for full protection oriented ones. Hence, the protection they provide very minimal.

While I always love lifeproof cases, I would not choose the fre one for the stunning gorgeous attention getter silver. The fre case does not have the clear back as the nuud one to expose the beauty of silver phone X. But, for space gray iPhone X, the fre case should be fine because the space gray is just not as stunning as the silver one and covering the space gray color is not a big deal.

Well I used mine for 2 days and I had to return it, I just could not deal with the way it felt and the screen distortion, I loved the fact that it was dust proof but now I’m back with a apple case for now .

Well I used mine for 2 days and I had to return it, I just could not deal with the way it felt and the screen distortion, I loved the fact that it was dust proof but now I’m back with a apple case for now .

Yeah, the screen protector is something you don’t want to have to deal with unless you absolutely need total protection.

I really like the Fre for what it is, but it would be awesome if they designed it with a sealed glass screen protector. It’d also be great if you could replace said screen protector if you needed to.

I just picked this case up for my X. Do you notice the silent switch is backwards when your case is on?

Ive installed the case a few times with the switch in various orientations and have yet to be able to figure out how to right the backwards control.

Any ideas?

The switch is supposed to be backwards I’ve owned multiple cases for various iPhone models including the X right now and it’s always been like that.
