Lifeproof iPhone 6 Nuud Available for Pre-Order

I ordered the afternoon of the 25th and my order is still waiting fulfillment. We may have a bit of a wait now.

I ordered the 24th, got a confirmation email the 25th and another email today with tracking.

I called lifeproof to see when it would ship (yesterday, before todays email) and the lady said it was first come first serve. She also mentioned they were sold out and depending where you are on the list you might not get it till after the 9th.

Well that sucks then. Look like I'll have to cancel my order if that's the case. I can get the case for $65 on GovX.com so if I'm not going to get the case I might as well wait to get it then as I'll be on vacation from the 13th till the 22nd anyways.

Thanks for your reply.

Its snowing here in NY so I decided to throw my phone in the Lifeproof case into about 6 inches of snow a few times. Everything works like a charm. Washed the phone off in the sink to get all the excess snow off and everything was dry. Opened the case up and no water anywhere to be found.

The Lifeproof case gets two thumbs up from me!

Ordered on 25th, changed today to "complete"! Should be here in a couple days!
*edit*
Arrives via Fedex on Thursday!

Also received an email that mine was shipped. Should receive Thursday by end of day. Ordered mine on 2/27.

Good thing I didn't cancel my order today I guess. Can't wait to get the case.

I am dying to see how this new case works out. I am also wondering if anyone is willing to take a risk test. Drop their iPhone 6 in water, dirt and so on. If this company is good as they say they are. Id ditch my Otter box defender series for Lifeproof in a New York minute.

Fedex delayed...should have arrived yesterday but hasn't left the Fedex hub even today due to the snowstorm :(. It's marked as a weekday delivery which means it won't arrive until Monday at the soonest.

I'm a long time Otterbox user and the last Lifeproof case I had for my 5s I returned because i liked the defender better.

I have to say that after a week of use I absolutely love the case! My only gripe is that it's hard to hear on calls sometimes and that I need to use the adaptor for my headphones. Other than that it's perfect!

I just called them and requested a refund, and they only charge 5$ fee for the return shipping (oh well, even though it's defective). I am not happy with the sound, its terrible. And besides, mine failed the water test in multiple spots. I've had every life proof case for iPhones and I am not a huge fan of this one. Can't wait for my Catalyst to arrive! Looks to fix all of the issues that life proof has with theirs.

Well 4 days after my case shipped from LifeProof (with two day shipping) and 9 days after ordering (didn't ship out until the 3rd) I still have NOTHING.

FedEx apparently experienced some type of delay due to weather conditions which is fine as it's beyond their control however instead of honoring the 2 day delivery and rescheduling it for a weekend delivery I was told I wouldn't be receiving the case till Monday.

So now my case not being shipped out right away like some of you were lucky enough to have, and the delays experienced I see no point in rushing to get this case now especially with all the issues I've been reading about. Ended up having FedEx return the case to sender.

Very unsatisfied with this purchasing experience on both ends.

Well, I wouldn't necessarily recommend the case yet anyways, and also, theres the Total Water Protection thing.

I found out (some of you already knew this I'm sure) that to get that, the case has to be purchased from verizon/verizon store, and they can add it for 10$. I think then the deductible to get the phone replaced is 50$. Killer deal. Covers water damage and everything. So, if you really want this one, I would wait until a verizon store has one and buy from them. Really odd that life proof doesn't offer it on their site, I called to confirm though and theres no way they will add it.

FedEx actually will deliver on Saturday to make for the delay provided that it can reach you by then. Mine is being delivered today.

Well its 8:29pm now and still nothing. When I called I was even told by a FedEx rep. that it wouldn't be here until Monday.

Ended up going to the Apple store tonight to replace my iPhone 6 and long behold they have had the Nuud cases in stock since Tuesday... Go Figure!

Just water tested my case BRAND NEW IN BOX and it failed. Water inside the back cover and under the home button area.

Top edge does not sit flush and bottom edge like others has a slight gap but not as bad as some photos I've seen. Very disappointed...

I got the case today, the box was slashed and delivered after 7 days due to the storm. I kept my glass screen protector on and it left a little bulge around the case but it did fit fine. The seal kept the water out after my test. The mute button is very hard to operate and the phone must be lying face up for the speaker feature to sound well. There is a gap all around the rubber pieces on the outside, but no leaks. I haven't tried a call yet but will later today when I go to work. Speaking of, I'm off to work!
