Lifeproof, not so lifeproof

So I just wanted to clean out my case and proceeded to remove it from my phone.
While removing he front plate I noticed dust on the front facing camera. Upon inspecting the case I noticed a small hole where the front facing camera is and emailed the company about it.
This is is sane as I only keep the phone inside my pocket or on a table. I have no idea what could have caused this.
Extremely frustrating when I spent $70 on a bullet proof case.

Sorry to hear about your issue. I have 2 boys (13 yr old and 17 Yr Old). The ytounger has the Otterbox defender and the older the lifeproof. Both seem to be doing the job. Needed 2 different cases to avoid confusion since the kitchen is re-charge central.

call life proof, I think they should replace for free.

Yes lifeproof has good CS and I'm sure they will replace the case for you.
