Now I'm waiting for a second warranty replacement. First had a little deformation, which made the case leaking. Second had this audio issue. It might be that little softening ring to guide audio to mic was one millimeter out of it's place and thus distracted the watertight film to pass the audio inside.
Overall seems that LP has designed a bit too small details to the case or they can't afford precise enough manufacturing. I wouldn't mind if the case would be 1-2mm thicker and all problems would be gone.
I guess iP6 case is very important to them financially, so if they don't get their act together and somehow convince the audience to believe that the problems are fixed, Otterbox might just pull the plug. The good thing is that if iP6S will have same dimensions, they have time to sell a lot more of these. Second case I got had their internal model code as V2. Maybe version 3 will be better...
